Is the free tier really free?

Yes. The free tier works offline without an account and has no time limit. It's a fully functional experience, not a trial.

When are paid tiers available?

Plus, Pro, and Pro+ are rolling out progressively. Lexicon's free tier is available now. Paid tiers will be announced when ready.

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

You lose access to paid features immediately. You have 30 days to download your data. If your storage usage exceeds the lower tier's limit, you won't be able to add new content until you're within the limit — but you can still access and download everything you already have.

Are subscriptions per app or for everything?

Each app has its own subscription. Your tier applies to that app — different tiers unlock different features within it.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Plus is available at $64.99 AUD per year (saving around 36% vs monthly). Annual options for Pro and Pro+ will be available when those tiers launch.
