Frequently asked questions
Is Luukza really free?
Yes. Every app has a free tier that works offline without an account. The free tier is not a trial — it's a fully functional experience. Cloud sync, AI features, and collaboration require a paid plan.
Do I need an account to use the apps?
No. The free tier works entirely on your device with no account required. You only need an account if you want cloud sync (Plus) or website features (Pro / Pro+).
What happens if I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
You lose access to paid features immediately. You have 30 days to download your data. If your storage usage exceeds the lower tier's limit, you won't be able to add new content during that window — but you can still access and export everything you already have.
Where is my data stored?
Free tier: entirely on your device. Plus and above: structured data in Supabase (a Postgres database), binary files (images, audio) in Cloudflare R2. We do not store data on our own servers.
Can I move my data between devices?
Free users can export to JSON and re-import on another device. Plus users get automatic cloud sync across all Apple devices signed into the same account.
Is the Pro subscription per app or for everything?
Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are per app. Subscribing to Lexicon Pro does not include Mind Pro. Bundle pricing may be introduced in future.
